Can I buy products in person, or do you offer will call?

We are pleased to offer scheduled pickup for customers at our warehouse locations. Email or call the preferred location in Camarillo or San Diego and confirm the order with the representative. They will respond as to whether the parts are available for local pickup upon request and schedule your pickup time between 10 AM and 4 PM. Your order must be confirmed by 3PM to be available the following day. Cut tubing orders require 36 to 48 hour notice.

What is your business name?

Our legal business name is CCFST or Central California Fluid System Technologies. We use DBAs to differentiate our branch locations, including Swagelok Southern California and Swagelok Hawaii. Prior to January 1st, 2022 we used San Diego Fluid System Technologies, Swagelok Los Angeles, Swagelok San Diego, Orange Fluid System Technologies and Swagelok Ventura. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as cash, checks, wire transfers, and net 30 terms through an approved account.


How do I open an account with you?

Please email our accounts receivable departmentdownload a credit application and review our Terms and Conditions of sale. Alternatively, you may call us directly at 800.252.7087 to speak with a representative who can assist you.

No! You are free to change your email preferences at any time and can choose to receive ONLY the types of emails you choose to receive. We know how full inboxes can get on a daily basis, but also don't want you to miss out on the latest Swagelok product and services updates and releases, training classes or events. Feel free to sign up and pick and choose. We encourage it!


What is your return policy?

Prior to considering any return, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by an authorized representative. Any parts considered for return must meet conditions to be considered resellable. Review our Return/ Cancellation policy.
