Swagelok Hawaii provides great customer service. Our Swagelok stock inventory in our instrument shop is often personally checked in addition to any maintenance needs outside of our stock inventory. We can always count on them to answer questions on Swagelok technical specifications and part applications. During our recent turnaround in July 2016, Swagelok Hawaii consistently and quickly responded to our urgent needs. If the part was on island, it was dropped off to the refinery... often on the same day. If the part needed to be shipped, they worked diligently to get the part here as quickly as possible.
