Are you registered?

If yes - You will now login with the email address you registered with instead of a username. Ask us if you need to know which email that is or change it.
If no - simply register for free here. -
When registered and your online account is linked to your company account, shipping addresses, local pricing, order confirmations and shipping dates will update in real time.

You can choose from a list of the companies or addresses that you order for when your account is linked to your online account. Let us know if you don't see your information!
Search Tips

Use the search bar when you know your part number, and the hierarchical category navigation if not. That will allow you to narrow down product attributes to arrive at the right product when part numbers are unknown.

If a part number doesn't come up in search, you can still add it to a quote by entering it in Quick Order.

Products are listed alphabetically. If it's difficult to find Quick Connects, Tube Fittings, etc., we've added direct links for more popular categories if you start at socal.swagelok.com.

Update any saved links or bookmarks to the Swagelok.com e-store starting from products.swagelok.com

If you don't see your history or shipping addresses for your account, let us know and we will link your online account to your business account to make sure your information is ready to go the next time you quote or order.

For shared accounts, all quote and order history can be made visible to users from your company. Please let us know if your company would like that accessibility.

When provided, we can upload your company's part numbers for convenient cross reference.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I log in? Use the email address you originally registered your account with. You no longer need a username. If you do not have an account, click the Register button at the top right of your screen or here.
Can I upload a spreadsheet with part numbers and quantities? Yes! You can upload your spreadsheet from the Quick Order feature or download the available template and enter in your information.
Can I share a cart with Colleagues? From your cart, click on the envelope icon in the right hand corner and email all items in your cart.
I can't find a part number that I know exists. How do I add it to my cart? Enter the part number and quantity into the Quick Order form and Add To Cart. The part number will come across to our Customer Service team for validation via quote submission.
